Fact: The global pandemic caused by Covid-19 has caused a lot couples to postpone or cancel their wedding. Truth: Love is growing strong!!
Rachel and Nathan have dreamed about their Trolley Barn wedding for a while now. And when the news came that they had to reschedule their Trolley Barn wedding, I was sad. I was sad mostly because I know how much Rachel and Nathan have been waiting for this day, BUT their positive spirit is just so contagious.
They told me that they still want to get married. And I was like.. YASSS... They will still go ahead and do their wedding in the midst of Covid-19. What a story!
So, they gathered their closest friends and family for their wedding in the midst of Covid-19. That day was so beautiful. The cloud came in once in a while g
Their friends came with so much love and support. Fox Bros BBQ (yes, they cater!) came to bring the most delicious BBQ. Autumn from Harts and Petals brought the flowers.
Their wedding was super personalized, just like their engagement session. It was so sweet and thoughtful! One of their closest friends officiated the ceremony and tell us a little story about how they first met. They wrote their own vows. After the ceremony, they got to enjoy the delicious lunch, and enjoy the cake that their neighbor made. And they also used the knife from Nathan's parents' wedding to cut their cake. Such a personal touch for a wedding in the midst of Covid-19.
It was such a beautiful celebration. Cannot wait for their Trolley Barn wedding in the summer now! If you can't wait that long, click here to see their engagement session in the fall.
